1/24 & 1/25 Model Kit Body Guide
for Ferret 1/24 Slot Car Chassis

This section will give you details on which Ferret chassis will work with model kit bodies for converting over into slot cars for use on 1/24 scale (not 1/32) home tracks such as Carrera Exclusiv / Evolution, Sears/Marx, Strombecker, etc.

Since most Ferret chassis use pins or screws for mounting, they will not look as scale if using Velcro but who cares when you are racing as long as you achieve the look and feel of the automobile you are making into a slot car.

Dimensions:  from 4" wb and 2 1/2" wide

There are many different available chassis by Ferret.  The common one for model kit conversions is the Wom-Bat but others such as their anglewinders can be used as well.  The anglewinders are available in various widths and wheelbases so check below for more information.
